Valverde & Valverde attorneys, was established in the city of Guayaquil in 1969 by its' founder partner, attorney Pedro J. Valverde Rubira.

Since then, in these almost forty years the firm has accumulated prestige and experience in the sponsorship of national and foreign public institutions and private corporations in different sectors of the economy.

Initially conceived with litigious profile, in time the firm has broadened its scope of action towards multiple fields in corporative and individual consulting, allowing the firm today to make complete professional service available to its clients in the different legal areas.
